New Website & Blog (The Scoop)

Ok folks, I started this blog because I forced to do so (my web class).   However, since I've been trying to get a small business (hobby, passion) going for some time, I decided to keep blogging here.  I've actually come to like blogging.  So to get things back up to date, I've completed and lauched my new website!  I'm super excited about it.  Also check out THE SCOOP (the more official blog)!

Post a comment on the blog to let me know what you think.  Subscribe to the feed, as we'll be having some great deals on photo sessions and much more.

New Blog Space

Ok, since I was sort of forced to create a blog in my Web 110 class, I figured that I'd actually use it.  Especially, now that I'm done with my class.  So, I simply have converted this blog to host my photography and design passions.  So stop by every now and then and see what I'm up too.

Web 110 Week 5

Believe it or not, I'm still hanging in the Web 110 showdown. We are now writing code for our pages by hand (that's right, no Dreamweaver or MS Expression). This class, so far, seems to be pretty easy. I guess I can't really give you an in depth feel for the class since we are only on Chapter 2.

I'm also Web 140 this semester. In this class we are actually using DW. Taking these two classes together seems to be working out quite well. The subject matter for both classes seem to be on par with each other, which helps me keep tabs on what's going on. The only problem with taking two online courses is that I find myself in the books from the time I get home until it's time to go to bed. There's nothing wrong with this, except I was expecting to still have a LIFE.

Hey books, can I get a break for some music composition or photography for a few seconds?

We'll the showdown continues.....

Introducing Mr. Peterson

Hello People,
I'm Mr. Peterson, a product of my parents and grandmother who raised me in the woodlands and around the farms in Halifax County. Yes, I'm a country boy. Although, I now reside in an suburban area, I am still a country loving person. I love the outdoors, seeing crops being planted in the early spring and being harvested in fall. I love driving on back roads and just enjoying nature in its purest form.

I play the piano by ear, I love gospel and christian music, photography, engineering and graphic designing. I'm not the best at any of these things, but I certainly put forth a lot of time and effort into learning about my passions. Because I love learning so much, I have enrolled in the Web Technologies program at Wake Tech to learn about web designing. So, will I have the guts to stick this out for the sake of learning or will I just drop out and become a full time blogger. Stay tuned...
